We recommend that everyone new to our clinic or who has been out of our care for a period of 12 months or more, has an initial assessment appointment with one of our specialist clinicians.

This initial appointment is an opportunity for you to discuss current difficulties as well as past history and for us to get a good enough sense of triggers and maintaining factors relevant to your difficulties to enable us to diagnose and make initial treatment recommendations.   It's also an opportunity for you to meet the clinician, understand a little more about the treatment and to make a decision about whether the treatment model and clinician is right for you, as well as whether it feels the right timing for you to start treatment.

In order to get you booked in for an assessment, we do require you to complete our online registration form. This covers general contact information, GP details and also contains some questions that are aimed at helping us to gain a better understanding of your current situation and will be used to inform decisions about which treatment approach or which clinician may be most appropriate to assess you.
